Ensures date fields contain logically valid dates within acceptable business ranges.

Business Rule

Invalid dates (future birth dates, past delivery dates) indicate errors and must be prevented.

Technical Implementation

Validate: Start Date ≤ End Date, Birth Date < Today, Transaction Date ≤ Today (unless future-dated allowed).
